CALL FOR REGISTRATION!
We invite you to register for the 2026 World TEST EVENT Meeting in Istanbul, Turkey.
TEST EVENT is a non-political organization representing over 50,000 otolaryngologists from approximately 120 member nations.
This meeting takes place every four years, and we anticipate strong attendance from colleagues worldwide. We would greatly appreciate your participation.
For online registration and accommodation, please select the suitable packages for you.
Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
- Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and the full payment.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- For cancellations received by June 5, 2026, a full refund will be issued. Please note that a handling fee may apply for processing the refund.
- For cancellations received between June 6, 2026, and June 7, 2026, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations received after June 7, 2026, no refund will be issued.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Name changes will be accepted up to 72 hours before the start of the Congress
- Cancellations made after these deadlines will not be eligible for any refund.
- Any refunds will be processed after the Congress
- Handling Fee: 50 € per person (VAT included) for each cancellation.
