We are proud to invite you to the 77th International Astronautical Congress, IAC, which will take place in Antalya on 5 - 9 October 2026.
As the premier event for the global space industry, the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) brings together leading space stakeholders from around the world and serves as an ideal platform to bring together everyone related space industry.
IAC 2026 is an essential event for the international space community, and we are thrilled to welcome over 10,000 participants to Antalya, the capital of tourism. At IAC 2026, attendees and exhibitors will explore the latest developments in the space industry and experience the renowned Turkish hospitality amidst the breathtaking beauty of Antalya.
On behalf of the host, the Turkish Space Agency, and co-host, SAHA Istanbul Aerospace Cluster, we are delighted to extend an invitation to you to take place in this exceptional event and have unforgettable memories at IAC 2026. We believe that IAC 2026 will be one of the keystones in the IACs history and one of the most remembered one in the space community's memory. Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
- Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and the full payment.
- Notification of cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by sending an email to [email protected]. The notification shall include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
- The group registration can be also made via online registration system. Please follow the registration sections.
- If the written notification of cancellation is received on and/or before 7th August 2026 (within the working hours in Türkiye) a handling fee of 100 EUR will be deducted from the refund sum. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 7th August 2026.
- Refund requests received on and before 26th August 2026 will be processed after the Congress only. The refund requests received by the Congress Secretariat by email on and/or before 7th August 2026 shall be evaluated and approved with the Host no later than 60 days after the Congress. No refund request received after 7th August 2026 will be processed.
- Credit will not be given for unattended events or late termination of attendance. Refunds will be credited only to person / entity who / which paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
